Konverents "Visions and Developments" toimus Tartu Loomemajanduskeskuses (Kalevi 17) 15. märtsil 2012.

Konverentsi peaesineja oli KEA Europe Affairs juht Philippe Kern, kes pidas ettekande Euroopa loomemajanduse hetkeolukorrast ja visioonidest lähitulevikuks. Konverentsil esinesid ka projekti partnerlinnade esindajad Klaipedast (Leedu), Linköpingist (Rootsi), Cottbusist (Saksamaa) ja Zielona Gorast (Poola) ning Tallinna Ülikooli Tuleviku-uuringute Instituut esitles viie linna loomemajandust võrdlevat uuringut. Konverentsi töökeel oli inglise keel.
